Ashton Galbo- Owner, Founder

When she started FTB, Ashton had one goal- to work for herself at something she was passionate about. She knew it wasn’t just going to come to her, she had to go get it. Since founding FTB in 2024, at just 27 years old, she’s worked day and night to get it off the ground and continues to raise the bar. When she isn’t working, you can find her at home cooking and playing with her kids. They are her reason to get up and work each day! Ashton has big expectations for FTB’s future and will continue to pour her effort into serving and connecting with her clients!

Hailey Beasley- Marketing Assistant

Hailey is the heart behind FTB. Her intuitive approach to content creation and management is what lead her to becoming Ashton’s right hand woman. She shares the same passion for creativity and fun that Ashton does, and it makes them such a good team. When not slaying the content game, Hailey is busy being a mom herself. Who says women can’t do both? (;
